• Assist in managing and supporting in-flight commercial opportunities, facilitating their advancement through proposal development and contract execution while fostering trusted partnerships with prominent health systems, hospitals, and IDNs.
• Keep account records updated, monitoring key contacts such as decision-makers and clinical champions to aid in deal progression and identify potential expansion opportunities for senior leadership within both existing and prospective relationships.
• Aid senior commercial leadership in engaging with clinical and operational stakeholders, linking Proximie's platform to quantifiable outcomes that resonate throughout the account.
• Internally coordinate across Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams, ensuring that every account benefits from a collaborative internal effort that enhances retention, expansion, and long-term partnership value.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and CRM data to provide leadership with real-time insights into deal health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
• Stay updated on relevant market trends and competitor activities to better support senior leadership's account and commercial strategies.
• A minimum of 2 years of B2B experience in sales support, account management, or customer success within the healthcare or healthtech sectors.
• Familiarity with or exposure to complex sales environments in health systems, hospitals, or IDNs, with the ability to comfortably engage clinical and operational contacts.
• Experience in consultative selling and outcomes-based sales strategies, with the capability to assist in preparing customer-facing materials that align Proximie's platform with relevant clinical and operational outcomes.
• Ability to support deal execution by adhering to established processes to advance originated opportunities under the mentorship of senior commercial leadership.
• Strong CRM discipline and proficiency in pipeline management and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials.
• Willingness to travel nationally to engage with health system partners and participate in key industry events.
