πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as a trusted advisor by adopting a consultative approach that focuses on comprehending the customer's real challenges rather than just their expressed needs. Empathy, active listening, responsiveness, and creativity are essential for each deal.

β€’ Collaborate with Workday. Establish genuine, trustworthy relationships with Workday's sales teams to ensure that Kainos becomes the preferred services partner.

β€’ Create a co-selling strategy tailored to specific sectors and segments, and lead pursuit teams (demonstrations, value story development, implementation services) to foster the growth of Workday subscriptions using Kainos resources.

β€’ Shape and implement deals. Position Kainos effectively, grasp the customer's needs, and develop proposals and contracts that best represent our firm. Each deal must align with sales, revenue, and profitability targets, ensuring that contracted work is deliverable and consistent with Kainos' strategy.

β€’ Adapt across different deal types. Skillfully manage both faster, simpler engagements and longer, more intricate pursuits, knowing which method is appropriate for each opportunity.

β€’ Negotiate with and manage senior stakeholders. Present and refine proposals to senior and C-level stakeholders, securing favorable commercial and contractual outcomes for Kainos.

β€’ Collaborate within a team. Enterprise services deals are often complex and require teamwork. Lead and utilize a multi-disciplinary team to optimize customer outcomes.

β€’ Serve as a Kainos ambassador. Uphold the culture, values, and characteristics that distinguish Kainos in every customer interaction.

β€’ Mentor others. You may provide coaching or mentoring to a select number of colleagues, aiding in their performance and career advancement.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Proven success in selling professional or implementation services, preferably within the Workday ecosystem or a comparable enterprise SaaS/ERP environment (such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.).

β€’ Strong understanding of how complex commercial services deals are formulated, scoped, and priced, along with the capability to build a qualified pipeline in line with targets.

β€’ A solid history of meeting quarterly and annual sales objectives.

β€’ Proficient in communicating, presenting, and influencing effectively at all levels, including C-level executives.

β€’ Exceptional writing and presentation abilities, with documented experience in creating value-based proposals in competitive contexts.

β€’ Strong networking capabilities and the aptitude to cultivate appropriate, enduring relationships with senior stakeholders and partners.

β€’ Comprehensive awareness of technology trends and their impacts on current and future projects, along with the ability to articulate what sets Kainos' services apart from competitors.

β€’ Sound judgment to navigate a competitive, high-pressure environment and make prudent decisions that safeguard Kainos.

β€’ Strong skills in commercial and contractual negotiation.

β€’ Capability to plan effectively and meet deadlines in accordance with business requirements.
