This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
β’ Oversee the renewal process for commercial insurance accounts.
β’ Assist with account submissions, renewals, and servicing of policies.
β’ Generate insurance policies, binders, and endorsements.
β’ Ensure precise documentation of policies and maintain client account records.
β’ Deliver daily customer service and support for accounts.
β’ Liaise with insurance carriers and underwriters.
β’ Aid brokers with submissions and market-related communications.
β’ Examine insurance policies and related documentation for accuracy and completeness.
β’ Utilize insurance brokerage platforms such as Titan.
β’ Collaborate closely with brokers and senior team members on account servicing.
β’ Engage in practical training with senior leadership as well as internal training programs.
β’ At least 1+ years of relevant experience in commercial insurance.
β’ Proven experience in managing client accounts, financial data, or intricate documentation.
β’ Familiarity with policy administration, renewals, or underwriting support.
β’ High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, encompassing formulas and data management.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
β’ Capability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
