Account Executive, Wholesale Casualty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the renewal process for commercial insurance accounts.

• Assist with account submissions, renewals, and servicing of policies.

• Generate insurance policies, binders, and endorsements.

• Ensure precise documentation of policies and maintain client account records.

• Deliver daily customer service and support for accounts.

• Liaise with insurance carriers and underwriters.

• Aid brokers with submissions and market-related communications.

• Examine insurance policies and related documentation for accuracy and completeness.

• Utilize insurance brokerage platforms such as Titan.

• Collaborate closely with brokers and senior team members on account servicing.

• Engage in practical training with senior leadership as well as internal training programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1+ years of relevant experience in commercial insurance.

• Proven experience in managing client accounts, financial data, or intricate documentation.

• Familiarity with policy administration, renewals, or underwriting support.

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, encompassing formulas and data management.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
