This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial prospecting to final closing.
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and account-based strategies.
• Qualify leads, conduct discovery sessions, provide product demonstrations, negotiate, and finalize sales.
• Market Valutico’s Due Diligence Suite, which includes:
• A secure and scalable Virtual Data Room (VDR).
• An AI-driven due diligence assistant.
• Integrated capabilities for valuation and analysis.
• Engage with senior stakeholders in:
• Private Equity and Venture Capital.
• M&A advisory and investment banking.
• Corporate finance and corporate development teams.
• Audit, tax advisory, and consulting firms.
• Effectively convey complex product value in high-stakes, trust-driven deal situations.
• Contribute to and refine the global go-to-market strategy for the Due Diligence product line.
• After a 3-6 month onboarding period, take responsibility for an SDR to aid in pipeline generation and meeting scheduling.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a minimum of 2 years selling VDRs, due diligence platforms, or M&A workflow software (such as Datasite, Ansarada, Intralinks, iDeals, Drooms, FirmRoom, SecureDocs, DealRoom, or similar).
• A pre-existing network within the M&A advisory, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development sectors is highly advantageous.
• Strong commercial instincts with the ability to navigate lengthy, structured sales cycles.
• Experience interacting with senior stakeholders, including Partners, Directors, Investment Professionals, or Corporate Development teams.
• Self-motivated in a remote, international, fast-paced work environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust in high-stakes situations.

• Competitive compensation package:
• Base salary ranging from €55,000 to €80,000 (regionally adjusted as necessary).
