This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Drives overall growth in the assigned territory by meeting or surpassing established goals for New Driveline, Equipment, and Digital adoption.
• Concentrates on deepening engagement within key customer opportunities as defined by company objectives through persuasive and impactful sales discussions.
• Utilizes Integrity Selling techniques to help key customers identify their needs and swiftly progress towards achieving their goals for successful outcomes.
• Initiates engaging clinical, evidence-based, and business-focused sales discussions with all customer touchpoints regarding Acelis Connected Health service offerings.
• Offers consultative insights into professional practices and efficiencies through effective data management.
• Exhibits consistency, proficiency, and accuracy in daily operations related to specific job functions (including Salesforce.com, Concur, Outlook).
• Collaborates with multiple internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Clinical/Training, Operations) for the planning and coordination of growth strategies and initiatives.
• Delivers professional consultative reports to foster collaborative, results-driven relationships with key customers and provides educational resources for patients.
• Applies sales and negotiation skills to navigate barriers to adoption from prospective customers, leading to the development and expansion of remote monitoring programs.
• Conducts straightforward service and product presentations as needed.
• Maintains a courteous and respectful working relationship with all sales, service partners, and teammates.
• Sustains a professional rapport with manufacturer representatives.
• Adheres to all regulatory policies and procedures, privacy, and security standards in compliance with government agencies, including HIPAA requirements.
• Engages in development opportunities and ongoing training.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Business School certification, or one to three years of relevant experience in Medical, DME, or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Capability to make decisions while adhering to company procedures and government regulations.
• Proficiency in effectively utilizing available time to organize and complete work within established deadlines.
• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and concisely in both written and verbal formats.
• Competence to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Skills in critical thinking and reasoning necessary for problem-solving.
• Willingness to attend job-related courses and seminars as required.
• Ability to operate equipment pertinent to job functions and requirements.
• Flexibility to travel as needed to fulfill job responsibilities.
• Skills in organizing activities or projects while meeting designated deadlines.
• Capacity to lift 15-20 pounds.
