This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Engage with NHS radiology stakeholders, establishing credibility and serving as a trusted advisor through extensive knowledge in clinical imaging (a background as a radiographer is highly preferred).
• Regularly meet customers face-to-face throughout the territory, actively visiting sites to enhance engagement and facilitate adoption.
• Identify, develop, and pursue new opportunities through innovative problem-solving, market insights, and proactive outreach efforts.
• Be flexible with work hours when necessary for key commercial activities, such as major opportunities, early or late clinical sessions, and strategic meetings.
• Support customer events, conduct clinical demonstrations, and engage with NHS activities to increase awareness and build a pipeline.
• Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that effectively achieve business goals.
• Manage the complete business development and sales cycle, from initial presentations to closing deals.
• Project anticipated sales volume and profit for both existing and new products.
• Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and finalizing major contracts.
• Offer strategic insights and guidance for navigating the marketplace.
• Develop a detailed regional market plan to address the total addressable market and penetration for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with product teams and product owners to provide valuable market feedback and insights.
• Build and maintain a quantifiable and qualified sales pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding bookings targets within the assigned region.
• Frequently meet with customers to showcase Harrison.ai capabilities, gather feedback, and assess progress towards objectives.
• Work closely with the leadership team in the assigned region to formulate plans and monthly metrics for sales efforts.
• Assist the Regional Director in developing a documented strategy and plan for marketing and sales within the region.
• Maintain precise opportunity information within Salesforce Sales Cloud, including details on products, pricing, status, and timelines, while creating, updating, reviewing, and progressing opportunities to ensure accurate sales forecasting aligned with quarterly targets.
• Provide activity reports or participate in regional sales calls with the Regional Director to report on regional sales activities, including generating sales proposals and customer quotations through the appropriate Harrison.ai processes.
• A creative commercial problem-solver, capable of identifying, developing, and advancing new opportunities.
• A self-starter with strong personal accountability and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in radiology settings (e.g., PACS, RIS, imaging AI) along with relevant clinical workflow knowledge.
• Open to feedback and dedicated to ongoing learning and improvement, demonstrating a growth mindset and adaptability based on real-world customer experiences.
• Familiarity with NHS procurement pathways.
• Exceptional professionalism in customer interactions—listens attentively, asks insightful questions, fosters consensus, and drives opportunities forward.
• Strong ethical standards and experience operating within a structured or regulated sales environment.
• Highly developed skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region (up to 50%).
