This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Seek out new clients in the inland region of Rio de Janeiro and municipalities within the Zona da Mata area of Minas Gerais, pinpointing business opportunities and conducting sales visits;
• Oversee the current client portfolio, fostering strong relationships and recognizing opportunities for enhancing the services offered;
• Create tailored commercial proposals based on the specific needs and requirements of clients;
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to achieve mutually advantageous agreements;
• Evaluate the market and competitors, spotting trends and opportunities for business expansion;
• Formulate strategic action plans aimed at boosting the company’s revenue and profitability in the region;
• Track commercial performance metrics, suggesting and executing ongoing improvements;
• Participate in industry events and trade shows, representing the company and broadening the professional network;
• Work in collaboration with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to clients.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Tourism, or a related discipline.
• Experience in commercial/sales positions, particularly in prospecting and account management. Familiarity with the market and an active client portfolio will be advantageous.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience in drafting commercial proposals.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Understanding of the local market (Rio de Janeiro and nearby inland regions) and the capability to identify business opportunities.
