This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve revenue targets for your territory, with approximately 60% derived from expansion and 40% from acquiring new clients.
• Take ownership of your book of business while actively seeking out new opportunities within designated accounts.
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders who can aid in identifying and supporting expansion efforts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on client success stories, on-site demonstrations, and product launches.
• Work closely with Sales Engineers to conduct technical demonstrations and workflow mapping.
• Implement a focused prospecting strategy in collaboration with Marketing, Business Development, and sales leadership.
• Develop and maintain account plans for high-value clients while sharing progress updates with leadership.
• Oversee a rolling 120-day forecast and ensure a healthy, well-qualified sales pipeline.
• Lead the entire sales cycle from discovery and negotiation to closing and initial onboarding.
• Keep clients informed about new products, features, and developments that align with their objectives.
• Collaborate efficiently with internal teams and partners to enhance customer outcomes.
• Ensure Salesforce data remains accurate and up-to-date regarding opportunities, stages, and activities.
• Conduct a daily mix of outreach, discovery meetings, demonstrations, and proposals that progress deals.
• Utilize AI tools to assess performance, refine messaging, and continually enhance results.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quota-carrying SaaS sales with full-cycle responsibilities.
• Demonstrated history of surpassing targets, preferably within AEC or construction technology sectors.
• Experience selling to AEC (architecture, engineering, or construction) organizations.
• Ability to navigate intricate accounts and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including executives.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with significant territory responsibility.
• Strong consultative selling abilities, including comprehensive discovery and solution design.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• High degree of attention to detail in forecasting, organization, and CRM management.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Outreach, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Willingness to adopt and utilize AI-powered tools such as Gong, Glean, and Gemini.
• Ability to travel throughout the U.S. and Canada up to approximately 50% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Capable of obtaining and maintaining a USA Part 107 drone license within 90 days of employment.
