• Convert incoming interest into signed contracts for engineering staffing and technical hiring services.
• Comprehend technical recruitment challenges, steer discussions, and finalize agreements.
• Engage with CEOs, Founders, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and Technical decision-makers.
• Conduct high-quality discovery calls and facilitate discussions with technical purchasers.
• Assess hiring requirements and suggest suitable positions.
• Assist clients in signing engagement agreements and instill a sense of urgency in the hiring process.
• Accountable for addressing objections, generating momentum, and successfully closing transactions.
• Minimum of 2 years in Account Executive or Account Management positions.
• Proven experience selling to technical buyers or within SaaS companies.
• Outstanding communication and persuasion abilities.
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to work US East Coast hours (9am–6pm EST).
• Familiarity with Google Sheets is required (a live test will be conducted).
• This position is available to candidates located in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please be aware that as this role serves U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours in accordance with the client’s time zone.
