
Account Executive β Tax

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
β’ Oversee comprehensive customer migrations from legacy systems to CoCounsel Tax, collaborating across various teams including Account Managers, Account Specialists, Customer Success, Support, Product Training, Product, Solutions Consultants, and other internal departments.
β’ Execute migration discovery and planning for readiness, which encompasses workflow evaluations, stakeholder identification, legacy analysis, data and tracking necessities, access considerations, key use cases, success benchmarks, rollout sequencing, and timeline organization.
β’ Assist in sales, account planning, and customer interactions by participating in discovery calls, solution discussions, demonstrations, and both pre- and post-sale planning sessions to synchronize migration strategies, desired business outcomes, adoption necessities, and customer preparedness.
β’ Develop and manage migration and adoption resources, which include checklists, rollout strategies, enablement schedules, adoption playbooks, FAQs, objection responses, demo guidance, customer communications, migration positioning, and success narrative content.
β’ Facilitate regular customer and internal sessions with administrators, champions, account teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to monitor progress, eliminate obstacles, address risks, and maintain alignment throughout the migration process.
β’ Enhance onboarding, enablement, and adoption through live demonstrations, office hours, customized training, and timely support for administrators, champions, end users, Account Managers, Account Specialists, Solutions Consultants, and partner teams.
β’ Monitor migration health and adoption progress by tracking milestones, risks, adoption indicators, support trends, workflow efficiency improvements, reduced research time, customer confidence, and other agreed-upon success metrics.
β’ Act as a primary internal resource for inquiries regarding migration pathways, packaging and entitlements, deployment considerations, adoption challenges, and mapping from legacy to new workflows.
β’ Collect and integrate feedback from customers and the field regarding migrations, including feature gaps, workflow challenges, governance needs, performance expectations, research use cases, and adoption priorities for AI-driven solutions.
β’ Produce internal reports and recommendations that summarize trends, themes, business impacts, customer needs, and suggested actions to guide roadmap prioritization and ongoing enhancement.
β’ Assist in developing customer success narratives and case studies by gathering outcome data, customer testimonials, examples of business impact, and narrative insights in collaboration with Product Marketing.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing position, such as Customer Success, Implementation, Solutions Consulting, Sales Enablement, Product Support, or Technical Account Management.
β’ Proven experience in supporting platform migrations, product transitions, or customer adoption initiatives.
β’ Strong capability to convert customer workflows into actionable requirements, plans, and implementation strategies.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to produce clear materials for both customer and internal stakeholders.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate efficiently across sales, support, product, product marketing, finance, and related teams.
β’ Preferably familiar with CoCounsel Tax, tax or compliance workflows, or enterprise research and knowledge platforms.
β’ Experience in supporting or facilitating AI-powered workflows, including copilots, research automation, semantic search, or agentic systems is preferred.
