This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Establish and nurture robust, enduring relationships with strategic clients, acting as the primary liaison and advocate for their needs within the organization.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of key client requirements. Collaborate closely with clients to formulate and execute strategic plans that align with their business objectives and foster mutual growth.
• Meet and surpass sales targets within the designated portfolio by recognizing and seizing business opportunities.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to grasp industry trends, competitive dynamics, and client feedback, utilizing this information to guide strategic planning and uncover new business avenues.
• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams (including marketing, product development, and customer service) to ensure a unified and holistic approach to the market.
• Deliver precise forecasts and monitor crucial account metrics. Provide updates on account statuses and transactions, tracking sales performance against established goals.
• Spearhead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both clients and the company.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales to large, complex Fortune 100 businesses, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, ideally within a similar industry or role.
• Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively and credibly at all organizational levels, including executive and C-suite.
• Experience in delivering client-centric solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Additional qualifications: Training in Command of the Message and MEDDPICC.
