Account Executive – Sports Cards

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional hospitality to VIPs, ensuring they see us as trusted advisors in their card journey, whether through texting, organizing special events, meeting individually, or delivering cards directly to their homes.

• Establish an environment where our customer support team promptly addresses VIP requests.

• Encourage VIP users to engage in more trades.

• Offer education and sound advice regarding cards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong passion and extensive knowledge of high-end sports cards, including completed sales, industry trends, and collector psychology.

• Over 5 years of experience in customer support and/or sales.

• A proactive and resourceful mindset, favoring the quick launch of experiments, learning from imperfect data, and only scaling what proves effective.

• Ability to respond swiftly and efficiently at all hours.
