This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Propel revenue enhancement and broaden a geographically defined territory by engaging both current clients and new prospects, directly impacting the organization’s financial objectives.
• Work in partnership with business associates to create persuasive enterprise solutions that clearly convey value and return on investment across various decision-makers, thereby improving cross-team collaboration and customer success.
• Shape the customer experience by facilitating swift transactional processes and achieving significant sales results that align with the company's mission to promote technology adoption.
• Territory Travel: Remote representatives are expected to travel 1–2 times per quarter (or more, as required); in-territory representatives travel on a weekly basis.
• Capitalize on unique opportunities for ongoing learning and professional development within an encouraging environment that prioritizes innovation and individual contributions from day one.
• Define success as consistently meeting or surpassing sales goals, nurturing robust customer relationships, and enhancing the overall market presence and revenue share of the organization.
• 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, including roles with a specific quota and similar responsibilities.
• Proven understanding of how Splunk products and services tackle customer challenges effectively.
• A strong history of consistently surpassing sales targets.
• Proficiency in consultative and solution-based selling techniques, such as MEDDPICC and Value Selling.
• Solid skills in territory planning, forecasting, and managing an entire sales cycle.
• Exceptional critical thinking abilities to analyze complex situations, evaluate risks, and devise innovative solutions.
• Relevant experience in software industry sectors, including IT systems, enterprise management, DevOps, security, business applications, or analytics.
