This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Consistently achieve sales and profitability targets.
β’ Position, configure, and provide quotes for product and service solutions to clients.
β’ Engage with industry organizations such as ISSA, ISACA, OWASP, etc.
β’ Manage leads and opportunities utilizing the company's Salesforce and other CRM tools.
β’ Accurately report sales forecasts and opportunity funnels on a consistent basis.
β’ Contribute to the creation, editing, and finalization of service proposals.
β’ Collaborate with GuidePoint Security vendors to comprehend and position their technologies, articulating their value proposition to clients.
β’ Participate in field marketing to generate interest and provide information to the prospective client community, including promoting attendance at related events and activities.
β’ Represent GuidePoint Consultants to clients, effectively communicating our areas of expertise.
β’ Set clear expectations and maintain open lines of communication with clients and vendors throughout the sales process lifecycle.
β’ Efficiently utilize supporting resources in the sales process, fostering a spirit of teamwork and collaboration.
β’ Professionally develop and deliver sales presentations to large audiences and executive-level clients.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience in the IT sector is required (preference for experience in Information Security).
β’ Current experience in the enterprise security space is preferred.
β’ Strong, established relationships with key accounts in the territory are essential.
β’ Experience with Salesforce.com is required.
β’ Strong group presentation skills are a must.
β’ A verifiable track record of exceeding sales targets and generating leads is necessary.
β’ Demonstrated capability in lead generation and acquiring new accounts is essential.
β’ Experience in selling professional services, security audits, and assessments is a plus.
β’ A bachelor's degree is preferred.
β’ Network security vendor-related certifications are strongly preferred.
β’ Primarily remote workforce (U.S. based only; some travel may be necessary for certain positions, with on-site work required for Federal positions).
