This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Establish and nurture relationships with mortgage brokers and bankers.
• Analyze scenarios and structure deals before submission.
• Comprehend DSCR and commercial underwriting concepts (LTV, cash flow, property types).
• Inform partners about guidelines and execution strategies.
• Collaborate closely with underwriting and operations to finalize loans.
• Foster repeat business through expertise and promptness.
• Build, expand, and oversee a personal client portfolio by identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new clients.
• Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships through regular communication, responsiveness, and exceptional service.
• Advocate for and market the company's mortgage programs and services within a designated territory.
• Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet individual production targets and enhance revenue growth.
• Keep an active and precise sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and advancement of opportunities.
• Meticulously track and report all sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Work in conjunction with the Vice President, Regional Sales Manager, and internal teams to synchronize efforts and achieve production goals.
• Qualify incoming leads and prospects through phone, email, and virtual communication channels.
• Engage in outbound prospecting, including cold calling and relationship-based outreach, to create new opportunities.
• Showcase company products, programs, and value propositions during virtual and in-person client meetings.
• Organize and attend regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows as necessary to broaden the company’s professional network.
• Join weekly sales meetings and have one-on-one discussions with management.
• Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to cultivate enduring client relationships.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Highly organized with strong time-management and follow-up skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.
• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic sales environment.
• Proficient with CRM systems and sales productivity tools.
• Familiarity with mortgage products, lending processes, and industry terminology is preferred.
• Professional demeanor accompanied by strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management abilities, with experience in building and scaling sales teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in mortgage sales, financial services sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven track record in prospecting, pipeline management, and meeting sales objectives.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting, managing, and developing sales professionals.
