This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain a robust Lumen and TMS (tutoring management system) pipeline aimed at state departments, non-profits, tutoring service providers, and other large-scale opportunities to achieve set individual quotas.
• Attain and uphold extensive product knowledge and comprehension of product use cases.
• Deliver virtual presentations to potential customers and existing clients.
• Participate in occasional in-person meetings and presentations.
• Attend periodic high-value territory-based or national events, either individually or alongside Littera partners.
• Join post-sale customer meetings, including kick-offs and check-ins, to cultivate relationships and ensure renewals and expansions.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Littera’s program offerings while continually enhancing skills and knowledge.
• Clearly articulate and present Littera’s value proposition to prospective clients of Lumen and TMS.
• Utilize CRM and internal tools to document and manage sales activities while ensuring accurate customer information is maintained.
• Over 5 years of experience in outbound-focused sales or client-facing roles within Ed Tech/SaaS.
• Background in educational services is advantageous.
• Experience collaborating with state-level education leaders, legislators, non-profit and for-profit C-suite executives, district superintendents/CAO/C&I, and other business officials.
• Organized approach to work with strong time management capabilities.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fully remote setting.
• Proficient in managing high-volume cold outreach through calls, emails, and networking, as well as handling the current pipeline.
• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with team members and across departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills.
• Experience in managing high-touch customer relationships.
• Strong presentation abilities and adeptness in organizing and facilitating significant meetings.
• Systems-oriented, with experience utilizing a CRM and outbound tools.
• Resourceful self-starter with innovative problem-solving skills, taking ownership of team culture and outcomes.
• Proven track record of success in formulating and executing strategic plans to target larger-scale opportunities.
• Must reside within the United States.
