Account Executive, SMB Team Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets

• Acquire clients across various geographic areas

• Market products, services, and solutions to secure new business opportunities

• Assess customer requirements utilizing solution-oriented sales techniques

• Customize customer proposals to facilitate negotiations and close deals

• Generate leads through prospecting, cold calls, and networking efforts

• Collaborate with the sales manager to enhance skills in prospecting and managing relationships

• Engage in training sessions and participate in sales meetings

• Create innovative sales strategies and proposals

• Oversee the sales pipeline and produce reports on sales activities

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred

• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in acquiring new customers in a commissioned sales role

• Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Experience in customer service

• Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Proficient negotiation and closing abilities

• Preferred experience in preparing, presenting, and following up on product/service proposals and pricing quotes

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Legally permitted to work in the United States
