
Account Executive, SMB Team Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Identify and cultivate leads in both established and emerging markets through prospecting, cold calling, and networking while under the guidance of a sales manager.
• Exhibit and communicate T-Mobile’s value proposition effectively.
• Suggest wireless solutions, which encompass price plans, data services, handsets, and accessories.
• Engage in negotiations and finalize deals.
• Enhance skills in prospecting, executing calls, and managing relationships with leadership support.
• Attend product training sessions and participate in sales meetings.
• Develop impactful sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.
• Leverage sales force automation tools, oversee the sales funnel, and report on sales activities and forecasts.
• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• A minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in new customer acquisition sales, ideally within a commissioned setting. (Preferred)
• Experience in outside B2B sales. (Preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
