
Account Executive, SMB Team Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Generate and manage leads in both developed and underdeveloped regions through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under the supervision of the sales manager.
• Address customer needs by effectively showcasing T-Mobile’s value proposition.
• Recommend wireless solutions, which include pricing plans, data services, handsets, and accessories.
• Engage in deal negotiation and successfully close sales agreements.
• Enhance skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management with guidance from leadership.
• Take part in product training sessions and sales meetings.
• Develop impactful sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.
• Leverage sales force automation tools, manage the sales funnel, and report on sales activities and forecasts.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of verifiable experience in new customer acquisition sales, preferably in a commissioned setting. (Preferred)
• Experience in outside B2B sales is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
