This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Execute a dynamic, full-cycle sales process that includes prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating, and securing SMB brokerages on the Convoy Platform.
• Expand an existing portfolio of SMB accounts through proactive engagement, product education, and upsell or expansion strategies.
• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly pipeline and quota goals.
• Develop strong partnerships with owners, operations leads, and decision-makers at small to mid-sized brokerages.
• Keep an organized and current pipeline in Salesforce while accurately projecting your business performance.
• Act as a market-facing resource, providing product and customer feedback to internal teams.
• 1–3 years of comprehensive sales experience, preferably in SaaS, freight technology, or logistics.
• Proven history of consistently meeting quotas in a transactional or high-volume sales setting.
• An innate prospector—outbound efforts feel natural to you, as it's part of your success.
• Highly organized and efficient; adept at managing a large pipeline without allowing deals to fall through the cracks.
• Effective communicator who quickly establishes trust—SMB buyers prefer swift sales cycles, and so do you.
• Familiarity with the freight or brokerage market is a significant advantage; a genuine interest in the industry is essential.
• Growth-oriented mindset—open to feedback, quick to adapt, and continuously seeking improvement.
