This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Director of Business Development in meeting revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify and reach out to potential new partners to foster new collaborations.
• Contribute to the expansion of existing partnerships.
• Act as the main point of contact for all onboarding, legal, and setup processes.
• Work alongside the sales team to create customized media plans and proposals.
• Oversee the gathering of creative assets, tracking, and ad verification from clients and agency representatives.
• Manage the creation and oversight of orders.
• Handle insertion orders and ensure adherence to specified requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage all aspects necessary for campaign execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams for billing reconciliation.
• Support the sales team in upselling and renewing business opportunities.
• Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Lead Generation, and Business Development within the SMB sector is preferred.
• Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage stress effectively and handle multiple account challenges simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
