This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by utilizing internal resources to facilitate the closure of complex deals.
• Ensure accurate SFDC data management for effective territory oversight and reliable forecasting.
• Create tailored account plans by conducting research and building relationships.
• Oversee complex deals by coordinating decision-makers, products, and funding sources.
• Cultivate and sustain robust, long-lasting customer relationships to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Regularly assess industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to make informed decisions.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless experiences for customers.
• Keep abreast of product knowledge to effectively articulate value propositions.
• Engage in continuous sales training and development initiatives.
• Provide precise sales forecasts and periodic performance reports to management regarding territory outcomes.
• Collect and incorporate customer feedback to guide product development and enhancements.
• Regularly achieve or surpass sales targets and revenue objectives to support organizational growth and profitability.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Required experience in edtech sales.
• Preferred background in K12 teaching.
• Proficient in Consultative Selling and Process.
• Skills in managing complex deals.
• Strong technical skills for online consultations and solution presentations.
