This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee and enhance a substantial portfolio of education and SLED accounts, ensuring consistent generation of new and renewal revenue.
• Identify, secure, and renew contracts with a high conversion rate from activity to closure, alongside disciplined management of the sales pipeline.
• Ensure precise forecasting, maintain strong CRM practices, and minimize pipeline slippage within a dynamic, high-volume business environment.
• Efficiently prioritize accounts and opportunities to optimize Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and quota achievement.
• Implement standardized sales processes while pinpointing areas for enhancement.
• Cultivate robust relationships with public sector clients, comprehending their specific needs and procurement timelines.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in a quota-bearing SaaS sales position, overseeing a large portfolio of accounts with rapid deal turnover.
• Proven history of success in selling to education or public sector entities, with knowledge of procurement or budgeting cycles.
• Expertise in the SLED domain and a strong commitment to supporting the public sector.
• Outstanding personal organization, effective time management, and comfort in high-volume sales settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with timely and dependable follow-through.
• Experience with workflow, no-code, or general SaaS platforms is an advantage.
