This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the entire sales process β from initial contact to finalized agreement. This includes managing inbound leads (sales cycles can conclude in a month or less), creating your own outbound pipeline, and ensuring that what you sell is delivered as promised.
β’ Develop an outbound pipeline in non-mortgage sectors: financial services, legal services, estate planning, automotive, and other markets as they evolve.
β’ Identify target accounts in sectors where Snapdocs currently has no presence and initiate contact β employing cold outreach, sequences, phone calls, or any necessary method.
β’ Efficiently work and convert inbound leads β these cycles can wrap up in under a month or extend up to 3-6 months.
β’ Conduct discovery and qualification meticulously: comprehend the buyerβs challenges, map their processes, and establish mutual value before presenting your pitch.
β’ Manage sales opportunities through to closure, including clear scoping discussions so that implementation and customer success teams are well-informed.
β’ Collaborate with the Solutions Consultant for technical assessments on larger deals.
β’ Hold and be accountable for a revenue quota β not merely a bookings figure.
β’ Ensure pipeline integrity in Salesforce; keep Gong updated.
β’ Collaborate closely with Legal on contracts for new vertical accounts, Marketing on the quality of inbound leads, and Customer Success on post-sale transitions.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle Account Executive experience in SaaS or a tech-enabled service business β we offer both software and a signing service, which differs from traditional software sales.
β’ Demonstrated outbound capabilities β cold calling, sequencing, vertical prospecting, and building a pipeline from the ground up. You know how to identify prospects who may not yet realize they need your services.
β’ Exceptional discovery skills: you ask insightful questions, actively listen, and can link a prospect's statements to their actual needs.
β’ Comfortable handling deals within the $30Kβ$250K ARR range β swift processing for smaller deals and a more careful approach for larger ones.
β’ Sufficient technical curiosity to understand the products being sold: remote online notarization, mobile notary scheduling, and eSign. While you donβt need to know the software's engineering, you should care about how it operates.
β’ A team player. Currently, there are three individuals in this group. Cultural fit is vital, not merely a preference.
β’ Proficiency in AI is a must-have standard at Snapdocs across all roles. For this position, it entails utilizing AI to create and execute outbound workflows β conducting research on target companies, generating multi-touch outreach sequences, refining messaging for new sectors, and pinpointing decision-makers in industries we have yet to penetrate.
