• You will take charge of client acquisition in a proactive and self-sufficient manner.
• Identify, develop, qualify, and finalize new business opportunities with enterprise target clients.
• Establish and cultivate accounts with revenue thresholds of at least €500 million in the Pharma, Fintech, Higher Education, and Manufacturing sectors.
• Lead negotiations independently with CMOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital, and other key stakeholders to successfully close deals.
• Manage the entire RFP process and ensure the pipeline remains clean, current, and meaningful.
• Negotiate contract terms at the executive level, encompassing MSAs and multi-year partnership agreements.
• Strategically leverage our partnerships with WordPress VIP, Pantheon, and WP Engine for co-selling and joint pipeline development.
• Represent Syde at WordCamps, partner events, and industry conferences.
• Create presentations and workshops grounded in real insights to effectively persuade decision-makers.
• Sales at our organization is a collaborative effort: engage closely with Sales Engineering, Account Management, Partnerships, and Delivery teams.
• Native German speaker with fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise B2B sales for technology or digital services, ideally with over 5 years of experience.
• Capability to swiftly identify value propositions and convince both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a confident presence, proactive approach, and the ability to establish trust quickly and sustainably.
• Extensive experience in cross-functional collaboration within a matrix organization, deploying appropriate resources effectively.
• A robust professional network and the ability to forge and nurture business relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-assurance, proactivity, and the capacity to cultivate both immediate and long-term trust.
• Solid experience with digital platforms, CMS ecosystems, or web technologies is a distinct advantage.
• Several years of experience using HubSpot CRM, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
• Familiarity with WordPress is beneficial.
• Experience with JIRA & Confluence.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
