This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop and implement sales strategies, establish and meet sales objectives, and secure new partnerships with schools.
β’ Oversee the entire sales dialogue and negotiation process, from identifying prospects to transitioning new clients to the operations team.
β’ Cultivate strong relationships with customers, establishing credibility and trust.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive expansion into new territories.
β’ Create sales forecasts and gather, assess, and share insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
β’ Draft proposals and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs).
β’ Travel as required, approximately 25% of the time.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in education sales, with at least 3 years dedicated to enterprise or multi-site partnerships.
β’ Proven ability to independently identify prospects and build a sales pipeline from scratch.
β’ History of meeting or surpassing sales targets with a strong level of self-motivation.
β’ Knowledge of the charter school sector and Kβ12 decision-making processes; direct experience with charter schools is highly advantageous.
β’ Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Willingness and capability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
