• Develop and implement sales strategies, establish and meet sales objectives, and secure new partnerships with schools.
• Oversee the entire sales dialogue and negotiation process, from identifying prospects to transitioning new clients to the operations team.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, establishing credibility and trust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive expansion into new territories.
• Create sales forecasts and gather, assess, and share insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Draft proposals and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Travel as required, approximately 25% of the time.
• Over 5 years of experience in education sales, with at least 3 years dedicated to enterprise or multi-site partnerships.
• Proven ability to independently identify prospects and build a sales pipeline from scratch.
• History of meeting or surpassing sales targets with a strong level of self-motivation.
• Knowledge of the charter school sector and K–12 decision-making processes; direct experience with charter schools is highly advantageous.
• Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness and capability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
