• Oversee the complete sales process for small to mid-market agencies, from prospecting and qualification through demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
• Generate self-sourced leads via outbound cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and strategic outreach initiatives.
• Provide captivating and consultative product demonstrations to stakeholders in government agencies, as well as K-12 and higher education institutions.
• Use HubSpot CRM to manage the sales pipeline, log all activities, and maintain precise contact and deal records.
• Implement campaigns designed by the sales and marketing team while also identifying personal opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and leadership to enhance messaging, boost conversion rates, and share market insights.
• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly targets for pipeline generation and closed revenue.
• Interact with multiple stakeholders within prospective organizations to build consensus and progress deals.
• 1–3 years of experience in SaaS or digital sales; you have successfully managed deals from initiation to completion and can demonstrate your results.
• Experience in selling to or a strong interest in the government or education sectors is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM is essential; you ensure your pipeline is accurate and consistently log your activities.
• Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and presenting through video platforms such as Zoom or Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can create outreach that elicits a response and lead calls that secure next steps.
• A natural problem-solver who approaches challenges with empathy and connects customer issues to effective solutions.
• Self-motivated and responsible in a fully remote setting; you manage your time and pipeline independently without the need for micromanagement.
• Must be physically located in the United States and legally authorized to work for any employer.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for conferences, trade shows, training, corporate events, and other related activities, as needed.
