
Account Executive – SaaS Communities

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Identify, prospect, sell, negotiate, finalize deals, and work collaboratively to onboard customers.
• Conduct daily prospecting activities, focusing primarily on phone outreach.
• Demonstrate the Communities modules to potential customers.
• Develop quarterly territory development strategies in collaboration with leadership.
• Implement actions in line with the established territory development plan.
• Analyze trends and uncover new opportunities to enhance Engagement revenue potential.
• Record activities and update pipeline metrics on a daily basis.
• Become an expert on the Communities product, understand the competitive environment, and provide market feedback to the product team.
• Travel quarterly to student activities conferences to support top-of-funnel initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to all operational guidelines, verbal instructions, training materials, and policies while executing responsibilities.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Over 5 years of sales experience; experience in SaaS is preferred.
• A strong commitment to pursuing sales as both a profession and a discipline.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas in a similar role.
• Willingness to travel 2-3 times per quarter.
• Experience in the higher education sector is a plus.
