This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Accountable for promoting the Restaurant solution portfolio within a designated territory;

• Sells solutions and services to unlock new opportunities, maximizing revenue and profitability while enhancing NCR Voyix's market share;

• Focuses on existing client accounts in the local area, generally targeting ownership within the small to medium-sized business sector;

• Engages in prospecting, managing, and successfully closing new business opportunities;

• Acts as a key liaison in identifying customer needs and demonstrating how NCR Voyix can address those needs through its solutions;

• Responsible for proposing and finalizing deals within the assigned territory;

• Must prioritize the development of new business opportunities and the closure of current accounts to effectively penetrate competitive markets, fostering long-term business relationships;

• Collaborates cross-functionally within the organization to ensure all business aspects align for optimal results for both the company and its customers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years in restaurant operations, sales, or management experience, along with relevant training or certification.

• Over 2 years of sales or operational experience with intricate software and hardware solutions, and professional services, or previous experience in the POS industry.

• Experience in Sales and/or Marketing with a focus on prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing new business.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.

• Highly motivated and determined to achieve success.

• Strong skills in relationship-building.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to maintain objectivity and make informed decisions.

• Quick learner with the capacity to perform well under pressure.

• Ability to work autonomously while adhering to company guidelines.

• High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and professional maturity.

• Willingness to travel within the local or regional territory 50% - 100% of the time.
