
Account Executive β Restaurants

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct high-volume outreach to owner-operators and operations leaders at restaurant groups with 10 to 50 locations.
β’ Facilitate demo calls that illustrate how Ando can assist prospects in forecasting demand, enhancing staffing, and minimizing scheduling friction.
β’ Execute deals with a sense of urgency and accountability.
β’ Oversee pilot programs through paid conversion, managing the relationship from the initial call to renewal.
β’ Collaborate directly with the Head of Growth and the leadership team on strategy, pipeline prioritization, and target accounts.
β’ Relay customer feedback to Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure we continuously adapt to real operator needs.
β’ A minimum of five years in a sales closing role, preferably with experience selling SaaS solutions to restaurant operators.
β’ Deep understanding of the restaurant industry.
β’ A strong preference for outbound sales activities.
β’ Excellent demo skills, with the ability to demonstrate value quickly and facilitate decision-making during meetings.
β’ Comfort with a start-up environment, where the playbook is still being developed and you will contribute to its creation.
β’ Strong communication skills, consistent follow-through, and the capability to maintain an honest pipeline.
