This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee the complete sales process, from generating leads to finalizing agreements.
• Identify and engage potential restaurant clients within your area through proactive outreach, networking, and site visits.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations to assess customer requirements and showcase Sadie’s value proposition.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding and customer success.
• Keep precise pipeline data and forecasts updated in the CRM.
• Represent Sadie at local industry events, restaurant gatherings, and trade exhibitions.
• Regularly meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• 2–5 years of comprehensive sales experience, preferably in SaaS, hospitality technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in field or territory sales, with a track record of establishing and nurturing strong client relationships.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven and adaptable—you thrive in dynamic settings and appreciate autonomy.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations or hospitality technology is a significant advantage.
• Must have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel locally to meet clients.
