• Oversee the complete sales cycle, starting from lead generation to the final signed agreement.
• Identify and target new restaurant clients within your area through outbound outreach, networking, and on-site visits.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations to assess customer needs and effectively communicate Sadie’s value proposition.
• Work in partnership with internal teams to guarantee a seamless transition from sales to onboarding and customer success.
• Keep accurate records of pipeline data and forecasts within the CRM system.
• Represent Sadie at local industry events, restaurant gatherings, and trade shows.
• Consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• 2–5 years of comprehensive sales experience, preferably in SaaS, hospitality technology, or a related sector.
• Demonstrated success in field or territory sales, with a track record of building and nurturing robust client relationships.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven and adaptable—you thrive in autonomous settings and dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations or hospitality technology is highly advantageous.
• Possess reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally to meet clients.
