This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Oversee the complete sales process, from generating leads to finalizing agreements.
• Identify and reach out to prospective restaurant customers in your area through proactive outreach, networking, and on-site visits.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations to assess customer requirements and showcase Sadie’s value proposition.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate a seamless transition from sales to onboarding and customer success.
• Keep precise pipeline data and forecasting updated in the CRM system.
• Represent Sadie at local industry gatherings, restaurant meetups, and trade exhibitions.
• Regularly meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• 2–5 years of comprehensive sales experience, preferably in SaaS, hospitality technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in field or territory sales, with a strong record of building and nurturing client relationships.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven and adaptable—thriving in dynamic environments and enjoying autonomy.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations or hospitality technology is highly advantageous.
• Must possess reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally to engage with customers.
