This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Achieve or surpass designated sales targets.
• Oversee a territory that includes 100-125 verified prospects.
• Dedicate 15-20% of your time to seeking new business opportunities.
• Create and execute a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy for the territory.
• Articulate Baxter’s competitive advantages to enhance sales and secure competitive accounts.
• Complete required company reports, plans, and projects in line with company standards and deadlines.
• Understand and adhere to company policies as well as regulatory and compliance guidelines.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A B.S./B.A. degree or a minimum of 2 years of proven success as a high-performing sales professional in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, durable medical equipment, or as a healthcare leader in a clinical setting.
• Preferred clinical experience in a Respiratory setting (RRT).
• Extensive experience in negotiating and closing new business deals and/or managing budgets.
• Proven strategic selling capabilities, including strategy formulation and execution.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication as well as presentation skills.
• A valid driver's license is required.
