
Account Executive – Renewal Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Generate and drive revenue within a designated region or set of accounts
• Manage revenue and oversee the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, contract negotiation, and closing renewal business
• Offer insights based on the customer's business requirements and usage trends
• Act as the customer's advocate and gather feedback to qualify leads and sales prospects
• Address incoming customer inquiries and appropriately organize or escalate issues
• Collaborate with various team members to develop strategic financial plans
• Educate customers on the value of Cash Advance and communicate effectively
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Successfully manage a pipeline while adhering to a defined sales process
• Bachelor’s degree or a suitable combination of education and work experience preferred
• Over 1 year of experience in a complete sales cycle, preferably in Financial Services and/or consultative sales
• Proven experience working collaboratively with internal sales teams
• Background in selling across various industries
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders throughout the sales process
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and related experience
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
