This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee a targeted sales process and manage a specific sales territory.
• Acquire new clients through email marketing, networking, cold outreach, and various other strategies.
• Manage all qualified leads and opportunities.
• Provide support to prospects and existing customers, including cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
• Maintain an ongoing 90-day sales pipeline.
• Collaborate effectively with an account team.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage a defined sales territory.
• Experience in managing multiple customer accounts.
• Strong understanding of pipeline velocity and sales forecasting techniques.
• Proficiency in German, Polish, and English.
• Preferred: experience in sales within the IT or ERP sectors.
