• Act as a trusted advisor to senior-level customers, driving thought leadership by comprehending their current and future IT strategies to implement the Snowflake solution within their organizations.
• Challenge the existing operational norms of customers.
• Recommend solutions that support and align with the customers’ digital transformation initiatives.
• Work alongside marketing and the partner organization to create comprehensive plans aimed at driving revenue growth.
• Employ a solution-oriented sales approach, demonstrating expertise in managing intricate sales processes.
• Over 10 years of comprehensive sales experience, preferably with a focus on cloud technologies, databases, business intelligence software, data warehousing, and SaaS.
• Demonstrated capability to autonomously develop, manage, and finalize new client relationships at the CxO level within Public Sector organizations.
• Established and trustworthy network with key decision-makers in the Public Sector, along with key partners in this domain, and experience in nurturing relationships with Economic Buyers and Executive Sponsors.
• In-depth understanding of how Public Sector organizations identify, select, procure, and implement innovative technological solutions.
• Proven success in building and expanding significant business with Public Sector clients, achieving over $3 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
• Mastered a solution-focused sales methodology, with experience handling complex sales processes.
• Self-motivated, independent thinker with a high level of energy and a positive attitude.
• Passion, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit to establish a business from the ground up in a new customer field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
