This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships, recognizing and securing new business opportunities within state-level Public Sector organizations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior-level customers, promoting thought leadership by comprehensively understanding their current and future IT strategies to implement the Snowflake solution within their operations.
• Challenge existing customer operations to foster innovation.
• Recommend solutions that facilitate and align with customers’ digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and the partner organization to devise comprehensive plans aimed at driving revenue growth.
• Excel in a solution-oriented sales approach, demonstrating expertise in managing intricate sales processes.
• Over 10 years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably with a focus on cloud services, databases, business intelligence software, data warehousing, and SaaS products.
• Demonstrated ability to independently create, manage, and finalize new client relationships at the CxO level within Public Sector organizations.
• Well-established and dependable network with key decision-makers in the Public Sector, as well as with significant partners in this domain, along with a proven ability to build relationships with Economic Buyers and Executive Sponsors.
• Comprehensive understanding of how Public Sector organizations identify, select, purchase, and implement innovative technological solutions.
• Proven success in developing and growing significant business with Public Sector clients, achieving $3m+ in ARR.
• Mastery of a solution-oriented sales strategy, along with extensive experience in managing complex sales processes.
• Proactive, independent thinker with a high-energy and positive attitude.
• Strong drive, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial spirit to establish a business from the ground up in new customer sectors.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
