Account Executive – Public Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a growing portfolio of government and public-sector accounts throughout the Middle East, including ministries, government-linked entities, sovereign-backed programs, and national AI initiatives, to assist ElevenLabs in achieving its revenue objectives.

• Manage complex government engagements from start to finish: guiding public procurement processes, tenders, and RFPs, as well as security and data-residency assessments, while coordinating delivery expectations with our Engineering and Deployment teams.

• Discover new business avenues that align with ElevenLabs' product offerings and roadmap, especially where national digital transformation and AI strategies converge with voice AI.

• Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and finalize sales collaboratively with internal teams, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior government stakeholders on compliance, localization, and responsible AI implementation.

• Oversee KPI and sales performance tracking, providing weekly updates to the broader ElevenLabs team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A proven history of achieving and surpassing sales targets in a high-paced environment, with over 10 years of sales experience in a SaaS or enterprise technology setting.

• Demonstrated experience in selling AI or advanced technology solutions to governments in the Middle East, with successful navigation through public procurement, tendering, and vendor registration processes.

• In-depth knowledge of government requirements and regulations in the region, including data sovereignty and residency, cloud and cybersecurity frameworks, procurement law, and localization mandates, with the ability to translate these into compliant deal structures.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of establishing and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels—from technical evaluators to ministerial leadership—combined with a hybrid customer- and product-focused mindset that prioritizes client satisfaction and scaling.

• Expertise in, or a willingness to learn about, the Voice AI industry and how ElevenLabs' solutions correspond to public-sector applications (citizen services, accessibility, media, education, contact centers).

• Preferred: Professional proficiency in Arabic.
