Account Executive, Public Safety

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Create sales opportunities and surpass monthly sales, renewal, and churn objectives by reaching out to leads and addressing customer inquiries.

• Develop and sustain customer relationships to uncover up-sell and renewal possibilities while effectively resolving account challenges.

• Execute precise and efficient data entry, navigate systems, and conduct independent analysis to facilitate account management.

• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product and service offerings and achieve quality benchmarks.

• Achieve or surpass productivity and sales targets through regular performance monitoring and enhancement.

• Exhibit professional behavior by following ethical guidelines and fostering an inclusive team atmosphere.

• Take on additional responsibilities or projects as assigned by management as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)

• 2-4 years of experience in sales within the Public Safety sector (Preferred)

• 2-4 years of experience in the Public Safety field (Preferred)

• 2-4 years of proven sales success in business-to-business (B2B) sales (Preferred)

• 2-4 years of experience in the Wireless Industry/Telesales/Technical Sales (Preferred)

• Proficient in using CRM platforms like Salesforce

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
