This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Drive the acquisition of new accounts and foster organic growth through strategic prospecting, value-based selling, and clinical education.

• Establish Caris as the preferred or exclusive provider of tumor profiling and molecular intelligence solutions.

• Analyze opportunities within the territory and formulate strategic sales plans to meet growth targets.

• Achieve or surpass assigned revenue, activity, and performance metrics.

• Develop and sustain robust customer relationships through consistent in-person interactions.

• Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the entire order process.

• Implement retention strategies while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Collaborate with oncology clinicians and allied teams in clinics, pathology laboratories, and hospital environments.

• Work in conjunction with Client Services, Regional Business Directors, and Commercial Leadership.

• Keep accurate CRM documentation and fulfill necessary administrative responsibilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 3 years of relevant sales experience is necessary.

• A strong understanding of oncology practices and molecular diagnostics is essential.

• Familiarity with billing and reimbursement processes is required.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities are a must.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities within a matrixed environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is necessary.

• A valid driver’s license and readiness to travel regularly are required.

• Successful completion of pre-employment requirements is mandatory.
