This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You are responsible for independently managing your sales territory within the grocery retail and petrol forecourt sectors, serving as the primary contact for your customers.
• You ensure our products are optimally placed, readily available, and highly visible.
• You creatively implement secondary placements and introduce new initiatives directly to the market.
• You represent BiFi and Jack Link’s professionally at trade shows and events.
• Stewardship is integral to our culture; you treat your territory like an entrepreneur, take ownership of your KPIs autonomously, and contribute your own ideas to foster growth.
• EU citizenship and/or a valid work permit is mandatory.
• Completion of vocational training in food retail or a degree in food science, retail, business administration, or a related field is required.
• Relevant sales experience (field sales or retail) is preferred.
• Residence in southeastern Munich is necessary — ideally near Unterhaching and Vaterstetten.
• A strong sales aptitude, confident demeanor, and a solution-focused work approach are essential.
• High self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and a readiness to assume responsibility are crucial.
• Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays, is expected.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) is required.
