This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with both new and existing partners engaged in the Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Business Intelligence sectors.
• These partners may include technology vendors, consultants, or other stakeholders within the markets and industries that Arkatechture serves.
• These relationships should serve as a source for referrals and co-selling opportunities.
• Establish and nurture connections with mid-market and enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor on data and analytics initiatives.
• Build executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CFOs, and other business leaders.
• Identify avenues for long-term strategic partnerships and account growth.
• Lead discovery discussions centered on comprehending business objectives and organizational challenges, beyond just technical requirements.
• Convert client needs into customized consulting engagements across:
• Data strategy & governance
• Data platform modernization
• Cloud data platforms and lakehouse architectures
• Business intelligence & analytics
• AI / ML enablement
• Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to co-develop solutions and create compelling proposals.
• Communicate the value of Arkatechture’s consulting services in a manner that links technical solutions to quantifiable business outcomes.
• Oversee the entire sales lifecycle including sourcing, qualification, solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
• Maintain a robust, predictable pipeline in line with revenue targets.
• Drive high-value consulting engagements and strategic service opportunities.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility within HubSpot (or a similar CRM).
• Work closely with consulting, delivery, and practice leaders to guarantee proposed solutions are feasible, impactful, and aligned with client objectives.
• Provide market insights to help shape service offerings and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate across functions to prioritize opportunities based on strategic alignment and delivery capacity.
• 5–10+ years of experience in selling consulting or professional services, preferably in:
• Data & analytics consulting
• Cloud/data platform services
• Digital transformation or technology advisory services
• Familiarity with modern cloud and data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proven track record in managing complex consultative sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise organizations.
• Demonstrated success in closing high-value, service-oriented engagements.
• Strong consultative selling approach with the capability to lead through questions, discovery, and business value.
• Ability to connect technical solutions with executive-level business priorities.
• Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and proposal development.
• Executive presence with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple opportunities concurrently.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Preferred Experience:
• Experience selling to financial services, fintech, healthcare, retail, or other highly data-driven sectors.
• Understanding of modern data architectures, cloud modernization efforts, analytics engineering, and AI ecosystems.
• Existing network within target industries or partner ecosystems.
• Experience in a boutique consulting, services-oriented, or rapidly growing technology environment.
• Experience collaborating closely with delivery teams during pre-sales and solution design.
