Account Executive – Professional Liability

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Tasked with promoting and selling designated Pearl Insurance coverage(s) to potential clients through phone calls, emails, traditional mail, and fax.

• Provide support to clients during their initial year of policy coverage with Pearl.

• Prioritize sales leads sourced from various channels, including the Monthly Sales Funnel, Daily Activity Report, and online leads, as well as database management.

• Engage in a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, mail, and fax to promote and sell assigned coverage(s).

• Leverage marketing campaigns, advertising, and other promotional strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets in a designated area.

• Present quotes or estimates to potential clients; close sales and seek market intelligence when sales are not finalized.

• Assist in the application and underwriting process with the potential client and the internal underwriter by sending applications to potential clients, completing applications with necessary forms, and following up for additional information required to finalize the underwriting process.

• Record sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Develop and maintain client relationships by addressing various inquiries, needs, and requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree in business management, marketing, or a related discipline.

• Over 2 years of prior sales and/or customer service experience, ideally within the insurance sector.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.

• Property and Casualty insurance license is required (or willingness to obtain one).

• Proficient in using a personal computer, with familiarity in the following software/systems: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, E-storage solutions, Adobe or Foxit PDF, and MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.
