This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• The primary responsibility of the Account Executive is to nurture and grow relationships with the Company’s customers, vendors, and both internal and external contacts to ensure that needs and expectations are fulfilled, thereby retaining business.
• Establish and uphold goodwill.
• Cultivate productive and professional connections with customers and their associated vendors.
• Operate independently with great attention to detail and exhibit the initiative to prevent and resolve issues.
• Act as an exceptional problem solver.
• Execute tasks with a high level of organization and prioritization skills while understanding overall business objectives.
• Ensure that all tasks are followed through to resolution in an informed, accurate, and timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
• Coordinate both internal and external resources to achieve account performance targets.
• Proactively lead the account management process, fostering and nurturing an effective team environment.
• Accountable for overall growth, retention, and strategic planning for accounts.
• Responsibilities include assisting in acquiring new accounts, managing onboarding procedures, promoting new products and solutions to customers, delivering and interpreting reports, consulting with customers via phone or in person, and communicating customer needs to other team members.
• Ensure that project implementation timelines are adhered to.
• Maintain client satisfaction throughout plan implementation, post-implementation, and all related service activities.
• Conduct benefit review presentations.
• Comply with all obligations under HIPAA concerning Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business, I/O Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A knowledgeable and articulate individual who can connect with people at all organizational levels and possesses outstanding communication skills.
• An exceptional facilitator and problem-solver experienced in resolving conflicts between different parties to reach a resolution.
• A decisive person with a strategic focus, as well as an operational, implementation, and detail-oriented perspective.
• A strategic planner with robust technical skills, analytical capability, good judgment, and a strong operational emphasis.
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers in a team environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A well-organized and self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision.
• Capable of efficiently completing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Must exhibit strong negotiation and communication skills and thrive under pressure.
• Experience in preparing and interpreting reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software applications.
• (4) years of external client-facing support or related account management experience in a healthcare or Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) environment.
