Account Executive – Outside

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Achieve and surpass the annual revenue targets.

• Responsible for lead prospecting and self-generated business development from existing accounts, advancing them to opportunity stages and ultimately securing deals.

• Follow up on leads provided by the SDR, BDR, and Partner Teams, working to transition these leads to the opportunity stage and successfully closing business.

• Perform online demonstrations of APS products and finalize sales with minimal oversight.

• Stay updated on product and system knowledge to effectively showcase the APS Technology Platform.

• Manage sales activities and opportunity pipelines in Salesforce.com, adhering to standard operating procedures and Service Level Agreements regarding sales processes and Salesforce usage.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.

• Responsible for obtaining signatures on the Service Agreement and Sales Order.

• Address questions and set expectations for new clients during their transition from sales to implementation.

• Assist in front-end implementation calls to ensure the client's objectives discussed during the sales process are clearly detailed in the onboarding.

• Schedule and lead the internal review call with the Project Manager, initiating the transition of the client to the Project Manager/Implementation.

• Participate in the kickoff call to facilitate the transition of the client to Project Manager/Implementation, which is organized by the Project Manager.

• Travel is required approximately 60% of the time.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or higher is preferred.

• Prior experience in sales, particularly in B2B, is preferred.

• Familiarity with web-based technology and an understanding of its influence on business operations.

• Ability to effectively communicate with business owners, C-level executives, controllers, HR managers, and other stakeholders.

• Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Chorus is preferred.

• Background in software and systems is preferred.

• Strong client-centric approach.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with others and work as part of a team.

• Must thrive in an environment with constant deadlines.

• Must be willing to work the necessary hours to succeed in this role.

• Must be familiar with all company guidelines, procedures, and workflows.
