This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and develop a self-sourced pipeline (~20%) through effective outbound prospecting strategies.
• Collaborate with SDRs (~80%) to coordinate on target accounts, messaging, and sequencing strategies for outbound efforts.
• Conduct comprehensive, insight-driven discovery conversations to identify business challenges.
• Establish multi-threaded relationships within target accounts.
• Ensure precise CRM management and hygiene.
• Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual new business targets.
• Over 5 years of experience in quota-carrying B2B sales, including at least 2 years in an enterprise-level position.
• Prior experience as an SDR.
• Proven track record of self-sourcing pipeline and successfully closing new business.
• Strong skills in discovery and consultative selling.
• Experience in a SaaS environment and/or corporate training preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and outbound sales tools like Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex purchasing processes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Highly organized with a strong focus on pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
• Experience in technology sales is preferred.
