This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Cultivate, expand, and oversee a personal portfolio by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new clients.
• Establish and nurture robust client relationships through regular communication, responsiveness, and exceptional service.
• Advocate for and market the company’s mortgage programs and services within a designated region.
• Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to meet personal production targets and enhance revenue growth.
• Keep a dynamic and precise sales pipeline, ensuring prompt follow-up and advancement of opportunities.
• Diligently monitor and report all sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions within the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Vice President, Regional Sales Manager, and internal teams to synchronize efforts and achieve production goals.
• Assess inbound leads and prospects through phone, email, and virtual communication channels.
• Engage in outbound prospecting, including cold calling and relationship-driven outreach, to create new opportunities.
• Showcase company products, programs, and value propositions during virtual and face-to-face client meetings.
• Coordinate and partake in regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and pinpoint opportunities for growth.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows as required to broaden the company’s professional network.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and individual sessions with management.
• Execute other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a demonstrated ability to foster enduring client relationships.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills with experience in building and scaling sales teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in mortgage sales, financial services sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven success in prospecting, pipeline management, and reaching sales objectives.
• Proven success in recruiting, managing, and developing sales professionals.
