This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Drive the acquisition of new logos throughout the Nordic region.
• Assume full responsibility for all sales activities within your designated territory.
• Lead complex enterprise sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, and Leadership.
• Provide customized demonstrations and proof-of-value presentations to expedite sales.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
• Utilize structured sales methodologies to achieve consistent results.
• Oversee pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce.
• Mentor and assist junior team members as required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a high-performing Account Executive.
• At least 1 year of experience in the cybersecurity sector.
• Demonstrated history of consistently surpassing sales quotas annually.
• Strong expertise in hunting and closing new enterprise logo deals.
• Experience in managing intricate sales cycles.
• Familiarity with selling to clients in the Nordic region.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated individual with a "hunter" mindset.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic startup environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM system.
