• Create your own pipeline through proactive outreach including calls, email sequences, LinkedIn networking, events, and referrals.
• Manage the entire sales process: from discovery and demo assistance to business case development, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Interact with C-suite executives through insightful discussions related to their unique business challenges.
• Ensure 3-4x pipeline coverage through disciplined and consistent prospecting efforts.
• Work in collaboration with solution consultants and the implementation team to provide a seamless purchasing experience.
• Regularly update the CRM with your activities, pipeline stages, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy on a weekly basis.
• Represent SIG at NetSuite events, user groups, and industry conferences.
• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly quotas for new logo acquisition.
• 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or ERP sales at the Account Executive level, or 5+ years at the Senior Account Executive level.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quotas for new business acquisition.
• Experience in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (duration of 90-180 days).
• Strong habits in outbound prospecting; proactive rather than waiting for inbound opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with C-suite executives.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Practical experience in selling or utilizing NetSuite (including ERP, CRM, or financial modules).
• Relevant NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, Administrator).
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger.
• Experience with outbound sales tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of verticals such as manufacturing, wholesale distribution, or professional services.
• Previous experience with a NetSuite Solution Provider, VAR, or reseller.
• Base salary range of $100,000 - $120,000, with OTE of $200,000 - $240,000, including uncapped commission and accelerators.
• Fully remote work environment.
• Opportunity to sell both licenses and services as an authorized Solution Provider, enabling larger deal sizes and more straightforward closures.
• One contract and one relationship, eliminating the need to split deals with Oracle direct.
